Compound barbell lifts and assistance work develop strength and power transferable to martial arts training.

Conditioning Programme

Structured strength work combined with higher intensity kettlebell training develops work capacity and performance under fatigue.

Entry into Training

All new members complete the AGOGE Foundations Programme before joining group sessions.
