All coaches are experienced martial artists with backgrounds in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Strength & Conditioning.

  • Luke Mannion – Head Coach

    Luke has trained in martial arts for over 30 years.

    He holds black belts and coaching qualifications across multiple disciplines.

    Former Parachute Regiment sniper with operational deployments in Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Northern Ireland, and Iraq.

    Represented the Parachute Regiment, Army and Combined Services in martial arts.

  • Wesley Langlands – Muay Thai Coach

    Wesley has over 15 years of martial arts experience across Karate, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and self-defence systems.

    He has coached at Dorchester AGOGE for over a decade.

  • James Richardson – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Coach

    James has a lifelong interest in martial arts spending his childhood years studying and competing in Tae Kwon Do and Shotokan Karate. For the last 15 plus years James has studied Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

    James is a former Queen’s Royal Lancer Armoured Reconnaissance commander of 23 years and saw active service in Bosnia, Cyprus, Kosovo and Iraq. James coached his Regimental Boxing Team, who were highly successful during his tenure as assistant coach.
