Muay Thai Boxing

Muay Thai is a striking art focused on punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

Muay Thai is often referred to as the “Art of Eight Limbs.”

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art focused on takedowns, positional control, and submissions.

Jiu Jitsu is often referred to as “physical chess.”

  • Youth Programme

    Ages 7–12

    • Introduction to Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu

    • Development of coordination through skill-based games

    • Development of physical capacity through light kettlebell circuits

    Ages 13–15 (Progression Phase)

    Students may integrate into selected adult classes under coach supervision.

    • Continued technical development

    • Introduction to strength training

    • No sparring or conditioning sessions during this phase

  • Getting Started

    All new youth members begin with an introductory week.

    Students are coached through fundamentals and placed within the AGOGE Youth Development Pathway.
