At Dorchester AGOGE we recognise that not everyone has the same fitness goals. We therefore offer two training programmes that run concurrently in our classes.

Strength and Conditioning Programme

This programme combines a periodised strength programme with high intensity workouts that utilize kettlebells, dumbells, med balls, battling ropes and slam balls.

The aim is to increase strength but also cardiovascular fitness. It is ideal for someone looking to improve their overall health and fitness.

Strength Programme

This programme focuses on compound barbell lifts such as the deadlift, back squat, bench press etc, along with assistance movements.

The aim is to get big and strong, it is ideal for martial artists looking to improve their performance on the mats.

This is not a class where you switch off and go through the motions. Instead we treat strength and conditioning as a “deliberate practise” where clients will be expected to record results and seek constant improvement.
